Jurassic World (2015)
The park is open.
- Very well done CG Dine-Oh-Saws.
- Practical dinos are also a treat.
- Globs of nostalgia and tiny little references.
- Pretty decent acting.
- Plot pacing.
- That ending is awesome. Straight up awesome.
- Characters are kind of meh.
- Plot itself doesn't really add much new as far as threat.
Opinion
Honestly, this is probably the most fun I've had with a Jurassic Park movie since the first. Worth at least a rental for most, and if your a fan of the original I would say well worth the watch. Might have to pick this one up in 3D later and see how those effects come in - although I'm still not convinced my eyes are good enough to pick 3D up to their best extent. Still, solid Jurassic flick and makes you feel like a kid again despite it's characters' or plot's drawbacks.
