He got closer to her than he'd ever dreamed.

  • A more reasonable interpretation of hackers than some movies (in what world does a normal hacker look like Chris Hemsworth?).
  • Small cast.
  • Twisty-turney plot-aroni.
  • Sometimes decent acting.
  • Cool tech, regardless of realism.
  • Pulls off found footage well, considering it's not a found footage movie.

  • Sasha Grey, the "actor."
  • Sometimes bland B-grade acting.
  • Sometimes un-realistic levels of tech.
Opinion

A surprisingly interesting plot for a movie that is otherwise mediocre. I get the feeling that (due to acting) people who are more familiar with enjoying B movies will enjoy it more. Oddly enough, this movie actually ends up pulling off "found footage" better than found footage movies without actually being a found footage movie - fancy your mind on that if you will.
