- I don't think whoever made this saw the same 009 cyborg anime I saw.
- Can't decide if it wants to be an action movie or a raunchy film with no nudity.
For every scene of action you get, you get dragged down by some love-making style scene that could be done without, particularly consider it's essentially PG-style in presentation. I originally watched it because of the name, and the fact I remembered a little bit about an anime 009 that had some cool cyborg action going on in it - but this was not like that at all. Shame on them for trying to fool me, shame on me for falling for it.
